Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of at least 10% of the service cost, with a minimum of $50, is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.Same-day cancellations may be subject to additional fees.In case of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, H&A Car Detailing reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.

3. No-Show Policy

If the client is not present at the scheduled service location or fails to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time, the technician will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.If the client does not arrive or provide access within this 30-minute grace period:The appointment will be considered a no-show.

The deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Additional travel or service fees may apply at H&A Car Detailing’s discretion.

4. Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile appointments, the client must provide:Access to a power outlet within 100 feetSafe and legal parking spaceAdequate space around the vehicle to workAccess to water (if required)If these conditions are not met upon arrival, the service may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

5. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

Clients must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment.H&A Car Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.Excessive pet hair, mold, biohazard, vomit, or heavily soiled interiors may result in additional charges.Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s actual condition upon inspection.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

H&A Car Detailing is not responsible for:Pre-existing paint damage, scratches, dents, rock chips, or oxidationClear coat failureLoose trim or fragile componentsElectronic malfunctions not caused by negligenceWe will document visible damage before starting the service when applicable.

7. Ceramic Coating Services

Ceramic coating warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.Proper maintenance is required to maintain warranty validity.H&A Car Detailing is not responsible for improper washing after service.Warranty registration (when applicable) may take up to 15 business days to reflect on official records.

8. Satisfaction Policy

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.H&A Car Detailing will have the opportunity to inspect and address any issues.Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

9. Payment Methods

10. Right to Refuse Service

H&A Car Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:Conditions are unsafeThe vehicle presents biohazard risksThe client behaves inappropriately

11. Liability Limitation

H&A Car Detailing’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered.
